The POET’s Luncheon Society Annual Chinese Evening is on Thursday, 19th March at the Eastern Oriental in Brentwood.

This is the POETS first fundraising event for 2026. Members and guests are invited to pre-drinks at the popular Merchant Sports Bar on Brentwood’s High Street, before heading to The Eastern Oriental.

The POET’s Society's regular charities are North London Hospice and Haven House Children’s Hospice. At our recent AGM it was decided that a draw would take place at the Chinese night to reveal who would be the POETS’s third charity for the year.

The POETS members are looking forward to another exciting year fundraising and working hard for our chosen charities.
Our principal aims are to provide networking opportunities, to encourage and develop business relationships and most important of all, to fundraise for their chosen charities.
