Andy is the Founder and Managing Director of Match It, with 40 + years’ experience in construction supplies. He has been an active and celebrated member of The POETS since 1992. He is very Proud to be a Poet and looks forward to many more years of network socialising whilst fundraising for such deserving charities.

Steve has worked in the construction industry for his entire career and has been a member of the POETS for 30+ years. For the last 23 years Steve has worked in the roofing and waterproofing sector.

Wayne Lambert works at Travis Perkins Tool Hire and has clocked up over 24 years service. Wayne is proud of winning manager of the year at three different TP branches.

Alex is the Managing Director of The Labour Desk, a leading supplier of temporary trades and labour to the UK construction industry. Passionate about building a stronger, more inclusive workforce, he’s committed to opening up new routes into construction.

Ken joined as a member of the POETS in 20210, now retired he still keeps up with the activities as an associate member. His working career was spent in the timber trade and the construction industry. Starting as a trainee at International Timber he worked for a number of major construction based manufacturers.
